A graduate from Westhill High School, Onondaga Community College and SUNY Cortland where he earned a degree in Kinesiology: Fitness Development. Devoted to fitness his entire life, participating in nearly every sport. Sean brings a wide range of fitness concepts to training.
As a local business owner, his sense of community extends beyond our walls, to all of Syracuse. The principles of CrossFit and healthy lifestyle choices are major components of Sean’s fitness program. His background includes leading athletic training programs for youth, high school and collegiate athletes and sports teams: LeMoyne Lacrosse/Basketball, Syracuse Rowing, OCC Women’s Basketball. He has developed and implemented a Tactical Training strength and conditioning program for local Police Officers and Firefighters improving their work capacity and preparing them for physical job demands. Formerly a training partner of Austin Malleolo, who was recently claimed 6th best CrossFit competitor worldwide. Sean is 100% committed to having people meet their potential, work harder than they thought possible and achieve superior fitness results.
