Bryan is a former teammate and classmate of Sean Eaton, graduating from Westhill High School in 2005. He was a multi-sport athlete in high school, serving as captain on both his Varsity Football and Track & Field teams. He played college football at the University of Rochester from 2005-2009. After graduating from college, he worked as a volunteer football coach at Westhill, eventually becoming the Head JV Football Coach in 2012 and certified NYSPHSAA member.
Bryan has always been very involved in athletics and offers a unique coaching background. “Coach Perry” began CrossFit in 2012 when Core first opened and has been a familiar face at the gym since. He also spent two years training and competing with the Syracuse Chargers Rugby Football Club. Bryan is very familiar with the surrounding community and enjoys many local sporting events throughout year. He still has a passion for running and often competes in local races. Running has long been one of Bryan’s strong suits and he enjoys the opportunity to help others reach their full running potential in addition to perfecting their skills in the gym. Bryan knows what it takes to get the most out of fitness training and brings a strong sense of leadership, enthusiasm, and encouragement to the Core Fitness community. He is excited about his role as a trainer with Core and to assist members in achieving their fitness goals for a long time to come.
