A graduate from Westhill High School, Onondaga Community College and SUNY Cortland where he earned a degree in Kinesiology: Fitness Development. Devoted to fitness his entire life, participating in nearly every sport. Sean brings a wide range of fitness concepts to training.
Cara is entering her eleventh year as a Health and Physical Education teacher at Jamesville-Dewitt High School, where she also coaches swimming and track and field. She brings a breadth of fitness knowledge to the table, having completed both her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Exercise Science. She was also a three-sport athlete in high school and a two-sport athlete in college.
Bryan is a former teammate and classmate of Sean Eaton, graduating from Westhill High School in 2005. He was a multi-sport athlete in high school, serving as captain on both his Varsity Football and Track & Field teams. He played college football at the University of Rochester from 2005-2009. After graduating from college, he worked as a volunteer football coach at Westhill, eventually becoming the Head JV Football Coach in 2012 and certified NYSPHSAA member.
Dillon is a graduate from Onondaga Community college with an A.A.S degree in the Physical Therapist Assistant Program and a B.S. in Exercise Science from Syracuse University. Currently, he is working on attaining his Doctoral degree in Physical therapy from Upstate Medical University and is preparing for the Certified Strength and Condition Specialist (CSCS) certification exam.
